Fuwamai was founded by two friends who have known each other from a very young age, Chef Matthew Darmanin & Ramon Montebello. Their mission is to change the perspective of what a pancake should be by using the best quality products found in the market, taking street food to the next level.
At Fuwamai we believe in making everything fresh and from scratch. Our past experiences have inspired us to come up with this concept, going beyond all expectations.

Our aim is to show what it truly means to consume good, high quality ingredients, without having to rely on ready-made products that consist of toxic additives. Doing this gives us the pleasure of creating delicious goods, serving nothing but the best to our customers.
Unfortunately, it is a known fact that many business owners tend to use ready-made packaged products. Fuwamai stand against this act and promise to deliver top quality. We believe that a soufflé pancake is not just any regular pancake and must be delicately prepared by skilled chefs and served fresh to our customers.
